Traci Warner
Office Manager & Dental Hygienist
Traci is a dental hygienist and office manager for LifeSmiles Complete Health Dentistry.
Traci enjoys serving her team and her patients. Traci started as a dental hygienist in 1989. Over the years, she has learned firsthand what it takes to have a dynamic team and provide superior patient care to patients.
In her spare time, Traci enjoys the outdoors. She loves to trail ride on her quad with her fiancé, Scott. She also spends time working in her flower gardens and with her family.
She has two granddaughters that light up her life with such joy.
Angie Turner
Appointment Coordinator
Angie Turner has been an appointment coordinator with LifeSmiles Complete Dentistry since May of 2022. She grew up in Southern Michigan but moved to Northern Michigan to plant her roots after high school. Angie earned her degree in Applied Science working in the medical field briefly before going to Central Michigan University to obtain a BSW.
Angie had previously worked as a social worker for 22 years and has always been passionate about helping others live their best lives. She is an active member of the local volunteer fire department and can be found volunteering at community events.
Angie gets the most out of living in Northern Michigan by enjoying the outdoors with her family during every season, either hunting, fishing, camping, or snowmobiling. When she’s not out and about, she can be found at home spending time with her husband of 23 years, grandchildren, and her four dogs.
Lynne Underwood
Appointment Coordinator
Lynne Underwood is one of LifeSmiles’ two appointment coordinators. Lynne has many years of successful administrative management and internal and external customer support experience. She and her husband, Bill, moved up north from Troy, Michigan, at the end of 2020, and found LifeSmiles as their new dentist through an inquiry and online reviews.
Soon after, Lynne found herself hired at LifeSmiles for the anterior office and explains that she has come full circle in her career and loves her job. Lynne truly enjoys the camaraderie assisting the LifeSmiles patients with their appointments. Her personal goal is to ensure every patient feels welcome and has a good experience at LifeSmiles Complete Health Dentistry.
Aimee Danford
Treatment Coordinator
Aimee Danford has been the treatment coordinator for LifeSmiles Dentistry since May of 2017. She has been in the field of dentistry helping patients since 2000. Aimee has a passion for sharing her experience with dental benefits and helping patients with their care. She takes pride in providing the best customer service possible.
Aimee grew up locally in Manton. She is inspired daily by her husband, son, and daughter. She’s also co-owner of a family business, Latitude 44. In her free time, Aimee loves to camp, play with her dogs, kayak the local lakes and rivers, and spend time with her friends and family.
Brandy Steere
Dental Assistant
As a clinical assistant, it is one of Brandy’s priorities to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit. Helping to keep your appointment time to a minimum with personalized care and efficiency is always her goal. Brandy believes that every patient deserves to leave our office smiling.
Some of her hobbies include spending time with her family, especially her precious grandchildren, along with being outdoors and traveling.
Lori Horton
Dental Assistant
Lori has been a clinical dental assistant since 1992. Originally from Midland, she and her husband, Dallas, moved to Cadillac in 1998. They have two grown daughters, two sons-in-law, and two grandsons. During her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, trying out new places to eat good food, camping, kayaking, and exploring trails with her husband on foot or on bikes.
She also enjoys playing her guitar or ukulele, but never with an audience! She loves helping her patients understand their treatment, making them feel comfortable and will always strive to make your appointment as easy as possible.
Mandy Dahlstrom-Rood
Registered Dental Assistant
Mandy is in her 20th year as a registered dental assistant. She has a true passion for fixing smiles so everyone can show their beautiful smiles daily, because we should all smile daily - it feels good! She loves keeping things at LifeSmiles comforting, relaxing, and fun! Mandy also enjoys staying up to date with the latest technology in our practice. She feels blessed to work for Dr. Arms and have the amazing work family anyone could ask for!
At home, Mandy enjoys spending time with her 4 children and husband. She also enjoys camping, boating, gardening, golfing, football, softball, and really anything outside. If you can't find her at work, you will find Mandy outdoors, racing to her children’s games, or coaching!! Go Vikings!!
Abbey Hall
Dental Hygienist
Abbey is a native of Northern Michigan, graduating from Ferris State University in 1997. She has practiced dental hygiene for 25 years and is licensed in local anesthesia, nitrous, and is also laser certified. Providing high quality dental care and partnering with patients to achieve their health goals is her aspiration.
Abbey and her husband live in Lake City and have 3 boys. They enjoy skiing, boating, and all that living in Northern Michigan has to offer.
Carole Meads
Registered Dental Hygienist
Carole has an associate degree from Kellogg Community College. She also has additional training and licensure in laughing gas, oral anesthesia, and lasers in dental hygiene. Taking good care of your mouth and educating you about the benefits of oral and systemic health is Carole’s mission.
She enjoys the relationships that she has developed with so many of you and appreciates the confidence and trust you have placed in her. As a dental hygienist, Carole embraces new technologies, theories, and education in order to give you the best that dental hygiene has to offer for both your health and comfort.
Carole renews her energy through nature and its beauty, through long walks or a jog, a day on the water, or at home painting with watercolor. She loves to see and experience new cultures and has visited over 10 countries and most of the 50 states. She has also hosted and supervised dozens of exchange students. Carole views life with her husband and 3 kids as a great journey, and she challenges herself to embrace every step.
Becky Kent
Dental Hygienist
Becky graduated in 2008 from Ferris State University with an associates degree in dental hygiene and spent her first 9 years working in Seattle, WA. She is now certified to use a laser during hygiene appointments.
The best part of Becky’s job is building relationships with her patients while helping them achieve and maintain optimal oral health. When she is not at work, Becky is spending time with her husband, Ryan, and 2 boys, Tyler and Owen.
Courtnee
Dental Assistant
Courtnee is thrilled to be part of the Life Smiles team! Moving from the small town of Onsted, she has spent the last several years making Cadillac her home. She spent the first half of her career working in dentistry before taking time off to focus on raising her three kids: Layn, Renna and Hendryx. She loves the family-friendly environment and supportive team at Life Smiles. In her spare time, Courtnee can be found making memories with her children and having as much fun as possible with the people she loves.
