Carole – Registered Dental Hygienist

Carole is here to help you maintain your overall dental health by providing quality “cleanings,” as you might call them. She is skilled at sharing information with you as she becomes familiar with your situation and she will answer your questions all along the way.  While practicing dental hygiene for over 25 years, she appreciates the value of working for a quality-oriented dentist.  She is glad to say that, "Our team  delivers the highest quality dentistry and customer service of any office in the area."  Carole enjoys walking, playing her flute, and working on do-it-yourself projects.  She says that, "My greatest pleasure in life comes from spending time with my family."
 

Rob – Dental Hygienist

Rob is passionate about dental hygiene, stating that “today's dental world offers so much more than just brushing and flossing.” He considers it a privilege to help patients reach dental health goals. Patients appreciate his caring, informative discussion and gentle touch. When he’s not in the practice, he enjoys spending time with his two children. He also enjoys hiking, digital and film photography, rollerblading, computer work and winter snowboarding.

Sherrie - Dental Hygienist

Sherrie loves the process of planning a bright future for your smile. "I take pride in making your visit a positive and comfortable experience," she said. Every day Sherrie looks forward to forming new relationships with patients as she assists the dentist, performs routine cleanings and answers patients' questions. In her spare time, Sherrie enjoys spending time with her family, making stained glass art, fishing and kayaking.

Traci - Dental Hygienist

Whether giving you a "routine" cleaning or answering your questions about treatment, Traci's passion for providing excellent dental care shines through. A native of the Tustin area, Traci loves being a part of such an advanced and skilled dental team. Traci comes from a sports-loving family and enjoys attending her families sporting events, exercising, fishing, gardening, scrapbooking and spending time with family and friends.

Lori – Clinical Assistant

When the doctor can stay on schedule and focused on your oral health, your appointment runs smoothly and your schedule experiences no interruption. Patients find Lori to be a trusted professional who helps make that happen. Lori sees dentistry as an energetic profession, having served as a dental assistant since 1998. She said the team at LifeSMILES Dentistry has shown her how much fun it can be. She spends her time with family, camping, fishing, hiking, kayaking, doing crossword puzzles and playing guitar.

Mandy - Clinical Assistant

As a clinical assistant, Mandy looks forward to giving patients the "best dental visit ever!" By focusing on patient comfort and on providing technologically advanced treatments, Mandy helps patients achieve the smile of their dreams. Away from the practice, Mandy's daughter Carmen keeps her busy. The pair enjoys the outdoors, playing softball and golf. They also camp, bike and fish often.

Sue – Clinical Assistant

After 25 years as a Clinical Assistant, she is still pleased to be part of a dedicated and caring dental team addressing needs for patients of all ages. “It is very rewarding to help patients achieve the smile they have always wanted,” she says. In Sue’s spare time, she likes gardening, watercolor painting, yard sales, volunteering at our local fair and church as well as spending time with family.

JoAnn – Appointment Coordinator

JoAnn has been assisting patients in scheduling dental appointments in a timely manner since joining our team in 2001.  When you call, you know JoAnn will value your time and make sure your needs are met.  She will also help prepare you for what to expect at your appointment.  "I find it rewarding to work with a team that is dedicated to the dental profession."  JoAnn enjoys spending time with her family, and some of her personal interests include photography, knitting, cross-stitch and motorcycling with her husband.

Mindy – Financial Coordinator

Mindy says it is rewarding to work with such a caring and dedicated dental team.  She helps patients achieve their dental goals by determining which financial option is best for them.  "We want to make your visit with us as comfortable as possible, this includes your financial options."  She and her husband enjoy being outdoors kayaking, fishing, bicycling and snowmobiling.

Heidi

Heidi Arms, wife of Dr Brock Arms, enjoys the opportunity to contribute to the health, happiness and comfort of others. She considers it an honor to distribute the LIFESMILES Dentistry monthly contributions to various charitable organizations. With 5% of the practice collections available every month for donation, this is an ongoing privilege.
